Accurate Job Postings
All job listings must accurately represent the position, compensation, requirements, and working conditions. Misleading or deceptive postings will be removed and may result in account suspension.
Timely Communication
Employers are expected to respond to applications within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: 5 business days). Ghosting candidates after interviews is discouraged and may affect employer standing.
Direct Payment
Employers pay professionals directly. RemoteJobs.do does not take commissions from professional compensation. Employers must honor agreed-upon compensation terms.
Prohibited Practices
- Requesting unpaid "test work" or extended trial periods without compensation
- Collecting personal financial information before a formal offer
- Posting misleading or fraudulent job listings
- Requiring candidates to pay fees for applications, training, or equipment
